Communiweb Pricing

Communiweb has the highest certifications issued by Apple so that you can be sure that you are getting highly qualified assistance with your Macs, XServes, RAIDs and networking needs. Because Communiweb's experience level is so high, we can often solve problems in a fraction of the time of non-certified consultants.

Different companies have different needs, however. What might be right for one client may not be right for your company. This is why we provide different pricing options. A complete pricing version, including definitions and descriptions of rates and fees, is available as a PDF download.

Option A: Hourly

Communiweb’s normal hourly rates are $125/hour (billed in 15-minute increments; onsite visits have a 1 hour minimum charge). Remote support is not only available, it is encouraged.

Phone support is free for the first seven minutes, and then billable at the normal rate in fifteen (15) minute increments. After-hours support is calculated at 1.5x the hourly rate, while Communiweb’s 4-hour ERT (Emergency Response Time) rates are calculated at 2x the hourly rate.

Option A is best for companies that need ad hoc support. Often this is best for companies with troubleshooting needs, simple desktop assistance, software installation and troubleshooting, and hardware installations and upgrades.



Option B: Pre-paid Bundle Packages

Communiweb’s 22-for-20 plan. Pre-pay for 20 hours consulting support and receive 2 hours of additional support at no charge, a 10% reduction..

Option B is best for companies who have more work needed than simple installs and troubleshooting, including server setups, network configurations, but have little need for ongoing support after the initial setup and configuration. This option is also best for companies who may have periodic needs for upgrades and maintenance sporadically over time.

Option C: Annual Contract

An annual contract with a retainer can provide up to a 25% reduction in fees.

Option C is best for companies with long-term needs and goals, or wish to implement improvements in phases over time. This option is also best for companies who do not desire to pay for full-time IT staff to maintain their systems but need the experience and timeliness of a dedicated support person. This option is more economical than attempting to hire, train, and pay dedicated in-house staff without sacrificing experience and/or quality. Rates and terms are available on a case-by-case basis.
