ACSA and ACTC Certified

Communiweb Communications has the only independent Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA) in the State of Florida. In fact, there are fewer than 20 ACSAs worldwide! And Orlando has one in its back yard, its centralized location enabling it to help companies almost anywhere.

What does an ACSA do?

As Apple describes the certification, it "is designed for full-time professional system administrators and engineers managing medium-to-large networks of systems utilizing Mac OS X Server in demanding and relatively complex multiplatform deployments."

What this means is that if you have more than just a few computers that need to communicate with each other, other types of computers (e.g., Linux, Windows), or deal with RAIDs, NAS and SANs, you need someone with the ability to handle the nuts and bolts of multiple vendors, configurations, and hardware. An ACSA is specially trained and experienced in customizing solutions to specific networking needs.

What does an ACTC do?

An Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) helps companies with not only technical support of their individual machines (including desktops, laptops, and printing) but also helps maintain OSX Server as well. An ACTC helps small- to medium-sized companies set up and maintain client-server solutions that can work throughout the organization that goes beyond desktop support.
